Thursday, February 18, 2010 - After an hour or open bottle time, an initial funk blows off. What's left are notes of strong, peppery cherry. Nice flavors, but the finish leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth. A slightly bitter mustiness. Didn't finish the bottle.
