Monday, December 8, 2014 - Bottle 2 - More vibrant and energetic than bottle 1. Similar developing notes but with more energy and freshness. Beautiful citrus, pear and wet cement aromas. Incredibly long on the palate with great precision and balance. Still showing some youthfulness. Probably the best bottle of Champagne I've ever had the pleasure to taste. Extraordinary.
