Saturday, August 13, 2016 - I tasted this again at the winery on August 13th and have to say, I am glad I have at least one left. Still has plenty of backbone with ample acidity/tannins that will allow the wine to age a bit longer. This still has that very dusty/rich bite to it that I characterize of Heitz wines. Really a stellar one- will probably try to pick up a few more on my next visit.
