Saturday, May 23, 2015 - My last bottle and, as usual, this is a really nice village Chambolle that, tonight is displaying darker red fruit, lots of earth and sous bois, asian spice, coffee and some white pepper. The chalky tannins on the fairly long finish are still firmish, but not at all obtrusive. Again, there's very good depth here for a village Chambolle and I wish I had more, because I think this has a long life ahead of it.
