Sunday, November 16, 2008 - Complex, medium-full aromatics are reminiscent of left bank Bordeaux --- minerals, tar, cigar box, tobacco leaf with red currants in the background. Medium bodied and bright on the palate with acidity providing freshness and lift. Tannins appear fully resolved. Nicely complex. Medium-length finish has more minerals and tar. I'd drink now - seems to be in the late stages of peak drinking.
