Wednesday, January 14, 2015 - Now at 7 yrs old - medium yellow, lovely nose, leesy, almost as if it had seen oak, smoky, nutty - the lime and grapefruit are gone, replaced by nice stone fruit, earthy, nutty, complex flavours - round, smooth, very intense. Aging beautifully.
