Wednesday, June 8, 2011 - Definitely seems to be in it's prime. I'm not a fan of the 2006s in general but this one is very good. Making an excellent wine in a mediocre vintage shows how good Ed kurtzsman is. For my palate Ed is one of best Pinot makers in California. This bottle proves it. Ripe but not over the top.
