Friday, January 6, 2012 - Big minerality on the nose, along with a nice whiff of jasmine. The minerality carries over into a very tactile experience on the palate, with stony flavors coating my mouth and an almost salty, mouthwatering finish. Demands to be eaten with food and worked great with the fillet of sole and steamed clams we had for dinner.
