Wednesday, February 11, 2015 - Showing its age just a bit more than then 2001 did at this point (and I think the 2001 will outlast this 2005 by quite a few years); but still delicious wine, with very pleasant gewurz fruit, reserved in the way this bottling always is, with hints of spice, moderate acidity, and some lurking but shy minerality. Seems just a little tired and faded, but still very enjoyable.
