Friday, September 30, 2016 - Dark garnet. Grilled herbs, leather, cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Modest herbal funkiness. Red fruit, dried cherries, tobacco, stones and long herbal finish. Nice complexity. Did need at least an hour to fully open up.
