Thursday, February 26, 2015 - Light yellow. Gentle aromas of sea shell and citrus. Medium weight, caressing texture. Combination of orange and lemon fruit, fine acidity for a 2005, and an endless, chalky finish. I would have loved to tasted it side by side with the regular Montée de Tonnerre, but by my recollection, this is finer and less broad than that wine. Truly excellent.
