Sunday, March 30, 2014 - Tried over two nights. 750ml bottle stood for weeks. Brief decant and pour. Black ruby in color, deep and rich dark fruits on the palate with dusty, charming Old World tannins. Night Two showed a much softer profile, as you would guess. Both nights consumed on its own, would look to match this with some grilled meat in the future. Very enjoyable if a bit unremarkably simple. No rush to open the next one.
