Sunday, February 28, 2010 - Drank at Susans with Tina Burrows. Classic NV French Champagne. Loads of yeast and bread dough lept from the bottle when the cork came out. Excessive fine mousse when poured. Pale golden color with bread dough on the palate. Good balance and acidity. Given this has been at the $40 price point lately, this is excellent value.
