Sunday, June 27, 2010 - I opened this at my 6/27/10 champagne tasting. It had a pleasant bouquet of toast, musky pear, peach, citrus and mineral aromas. The palate was smooth, medium bodied and balanced with toast, pear, peach, melon and mineral flavors.
