Much richer and more complex than what we've become accustomed to with this bottling. Frankly, it tasted more like a vintage Grande Dame. A pleasant surprise, both on its own and as a pairing to "Mexican spiced" sushi. We asked the sommelier.....is this a new bottle or something that's been sitting around for awhile? It turns out that they had bought this stock "a year ago", which probably means something more than that given the way time flies. In any event, much, much better than the average bottle (and we've had a ton of them).
