Saturday, April 30, 2011 - Rather vibrant nose with citrus and chalky mineral.Elegant palate,not completely dry,hints of lemon, light chalk and slight minerality.Nice balance.I´m more into ultra-dry sparklings,but this was beautiful with a hint of sweetness.
