A touch oxidative and I venture to say this half-bottle had a bit of age on it as it had flavors of caramel covered apples. The residuals sugar was well balanced with acidity and made this super easy to consume as an aperitif. The last bottle of this I had wasn't very good, this bottle was really quite good.
