Typical Veuve aromas of stonefruit and apples, citrus and brioche, vanilla and yeast. The palate was good but lacked freshness and the typical vibrancy and energy you've come to expect from good NV champagne. Can't see it happening anytime soon but we need disgorgement dates on NV bottles... wankers.
