Saturday, December 28, 2013 - Doesn't have the depth or sophistication of a high-end champagne, but a good product nonetheless. Not too sweet. Bubbles emerge quickly and fully. Notes stay consistent throughout the time it is open.
Good product to open a dinner party, at a reasonable price.
