Tuesday, November 10, 2015 - Perhaps unfair to sip this bubbly bubble after Jacquesson 738, but we did not plan to open a second bottle at lunch...our friend was in the zone! We grew up attending business cocktail parties with VC as the primary bubble. Suffice it to say, we were spoiled and now find it to lack the sort of "wine" character we expect in champagne. We think it is a fun-sipping, bubbly bubble, good QPR and definitely worthy of a glass.
