Friday, June 21, 2013 - Still getting better, but might be near the end of its improving years - enjoyed with bone-in veal chops. A hint of brown on the edges, but no oxidation noticeable. Full fruit, still complex and subtle - not overpowering. Ready to drink now for sure - 4 more bottles - yum!
