Sunday, May 24, 2015 - Tasted blind. Terrific nose of roses, hint of bacon and sour cherries. Beautfully balanced on the palate, with very fine tannins and acidity, but a also a lovely concentration of juicy red fruit. Really a textbook Barolo with traditional winemaking.
