Thursday, April 15, 2010 - Dark red / purple - nearly black. Heavy body, viscous. Modern style -- full of muscle and alcohol. This wine screams to be drunk in the company of a juicy steak. Plenty of jammy fruit: black berries and blue berries. This wine will be for those who like big new world wines. Slightly inferior than Clio, but in the same style. Plenty of life at the moment, but not very complex/unique.
