Tuesday, April 23, 2013 - Still dark purply red with some lightening of tint at the rim. Smells of earth and minerals. Tastes of sweet plummy fruit with some underlying tannins. Acids cleanse the palate nicely. Decent finish. This wine is drinking well now. Much better than the last bottle I had a few years ago.
