Wednesday, December 1, 2010 - I had the opportunity to visit this chateau this past spring. I have enjoyed many of their wines and this 2003 is no exception. Drinking quite well. Opened and poured into a decanter right away this wine is good to go. Dark fruits - blackberry and dark cherry with tobacco on the nose. The palate is similar to the nose with a touch of spice. Great balance with a healthy backbone. This wine is enjoyable now.
