Friday, April 15, 2011 - Beautiful nose of olive tapenade, plums and scorched earth. Good mouth feel--coats the entire palate with a silky, diffuse texture; along with some bracing acidity on the back end. Quite Bordeaux-like--you can feel and taste the secondary characteristics of the terroir, but without any of the barn :). However I think this has hit its drinking window--it's ready to go!
