Tuesday, December 18, 2007 - Very nice cabernet for the money. A little oaky at first, and a touch too sweet for my palate, but on day two the oak and sweetness were gone, and what was left was a beautifully balanced wine showing dark fruits, vanilla and raspberries. If your a tannin hog like me, drink now. Otherwise wait off a few years.
