Wednesday, January 27, 2016 - Pretty similar to previous bottle. Drunk over two days. Better on the second. Light gold. Grilled peach, white nectarine, twist of yuzu, and a touch of oak. Some nuttiness too. Lees stirring makes this rich and voluptuous, but the acidity keeps everything in check. Rich and round. Should easily hold for another 5-8 years but drinking well now.
