Sunday, June 14, 2015 - Fabulous... Waited till it was a decade old and was not disappointed. Powerful red that could have easily aged another decade. Decanted for an hour and paired with Provençal skirt steak with ratatouille and roast baby potatoes. French fajitas to go with South American Bordeaux.
