Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - Tonight's bottle is not showing as well as previous ones. It has been open about two hours. The nose is reserved and on the palate it has notes of cherries, not much garrique, some Asian spices, and kind of a tart finish. May be an off bottle.

On day two, saved in a half bottle, the wine was much better. It is interesting how some wines require a lot of airtime. Tonight, I am getting kirsch, green olive, and rosemary with a medium finish. I increased the score slightly from last evening.
