Saturday, November 23, 2013 - Thought this might have been too old at first. Decanted and aerated then poured. Dark garnet color with a touch of bricking. Opened a bit harsh and astringent. Over the next hour, opened and softened a bit to reveal some additional fruit...plum, cassis, blueberry and some additional complexity. Clearly improved with air but still was not as good as expected.
