Wednesday, March 24, 2010 - Decanted for about an hour. I have been a little worried about this because of reports that is is over the hump. Maybe, but I am not the least worried about the 2 that I have left in the cellar!. Wonderful candy and tobacco nose and palate of strong sweet mocha and black fruit. All of it summing up to a long finish to enjoy! Happy camper!
