Wednesday, December 29, 2004 - Tasted at the WIML off-line at Speakeasy Supper Club. Bright purple color. Minty, red raspberry, and vanilla flavors and aromas. Very bright and vibrant on the attack. A bit more candied than most Insignias, a trait that seems consistent with the vintage. Enjoyable now. Drink over the next three years to catch its playful fruit profile. It does not seem to have the skeletal structure or substance to age and improve into the next decade.
