Wednesday, February 10, 2016 - A night with some meat......., found this one on the wine list of a steak restaurant, M A S H at my hometown........, comes along mineralic, some cherry aromas, still some woodinfluence, and............, tight though, herbal and spicy, really fresh appearance, almost crispy, ........, very different from a lot of other C9dP, not this big herbal marmelade stile, just the pure elegance, very long aftertaste and, very good with dry aged steak, ***(*- ?), 91- 93+?
