Saturday, June 27, 2015 - (Disgorged spring of 2011) Yellow colour with a stream of bubbles. Incipient maturity showing minerals and honey and with a rather intensive palate of mature red apples and bitter almonds and with a very promising future with the balance of fruit and acidity on the finish.
