Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Light floral nose. Pretty garnet to clear edges. Elegant, light, well integrated with a medium finish. Paired with prime rib - almost too light for it. This has good structure but is amazingly light in the mouth. I keep using the word light, but it fits.
