Saturday, October 20, 2012 - the flavors have moved into a delicate burgundy style with some fruit, good acidity, and earthy flavors. i would not hold this longer but it was very pleasing tonight. it is not a pinot for an every day drinker b/c it lacks the fruit and big nose that might be more of a crowd pleaser. full mouth feel, very nicely integrated tannins and balanced with acidity. definitely food friendly.
