Monday, April 26, 2010 - Consistently one of my favorite merlots (in US), except for Three Palms vineyard fruit. It is a little fruit-forward, but ages nicely. This offering still has some acidity, and actually put on a little spice with some air time before smoothing out again. Good mouthfeel, with a little tobacco dust in it. Perfect with buffalo steaks, and then later on with chocolates.
