Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Not much has changed with this. Enjoyed with pulled pork tacos. The earthiness of this wine was very much enjoyed with the earthy nature of the pulled pork. This wine was a perfect complement with the dark earthy tones sort of "filling in" some of the "gaps", but the wine did seem to thin out quite a bit towards the finish even though it had a considerable black pepper spice finish. The last one I have is going to be held....hopefully....although that's what I said about this one.
