Sunday, April 13, 2014 - More austere and tired than the 1966, 1961 or 1978 versions of this wine. Took a very long time to open. Initially pretty dirty nose, with a borderline TCA sort of taint. Grew into something more fleshy and satisfying, with largely tertiary characteristic. Nice, but could think of much better ways to spend £100 on wine...
