On the palate the wine showed baked apple, lemon effervescent powder, honey and smoke, with creamy mousse, slightly tart, medium to medium-plus acidity, a good, medium rich mouthfeel and very good length. The medium-bodied, medium-complex, reasonably balanced Champagne drank well. Would buy again.
