Wednesday, July 15, 2009 - WOW! had the previous bottle about 8months ago and man this is light years from where it was then. Popped to reveal a beautiful nose of blackberries, blueberries, mint and eucalyptus. On the palate it has some pretty aggressive oak but the fruit really stands up to it. Lots of the black and blue berries, carmel, coco, tobacco, and some green vegges with some red fruits peaking in and out. Pretty massive on the palate. After a day in the bottle some jalapenos came on the nose with more coco. I am really impressed with were this bottle is heading and wish I had a bottle or two more to follow it's progression.
