Tuesday, March 18, 2014 - Displaying beautiful aromas of melon, pear, honeysuckle and beeswax, my last bottle of the 2004 Fonsalette blanc was also the best. It is hard not to appreciate the sappy intensity of its flavors, or its complexity and balance. Comparatively low in acidity, this wine marries exceptionally well with a variety of cuisines or on its own.
