Thursday, December 31, 2009 - We drank on New Years 2009. Great with Brie de Meaux, chorizo, Mt Tam cheese. One more in cellar that we'll try to keep a few years. Maybe drink again on New Years.

Rose, mint, leather, dried herbs, cherry, very complex, balanced.
