Monday, July 20, 2015 - Light garnet color. Nose offers up ripe strawberries, spice, barnyard just what would expect from a mature sexy village VR in the feminine style. Fruit is waning and palate dominated by drying tannins, but still has lovely mineral acidity. I think it is on the way down but so what for a village after 13 years, drink up.
