Savory food provided a good offset to the still-present heat, but increasing foundation of typical PN fruit-leather were present. Definitely a mature punch underlying the heat. Won't open another bottle this year. Just can't appreciate the complexity it may have at this stage, though character still opening as I type/drink/enjoy... I think something good is here...
