Saturday, October 6, 2012 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Tasted double blind. Incredible aromatic start of dried rose, mushroom, cigarbox, espresso, red cherry. Flavors of mushroom, lingering red cherry, licorice and pepper wit no signs of oxidation. i thought this from the 60s or early 70s, others thought it even younger. Bottle fill was into the neck. Lots of acid really came through middle to finish, perhaps a bit prominent, but helping give great texture. Long finish. Thanks, Kevin!
