Showed at its best between hour 1 and hour 2; when the secondary elements of cinnamon and earthy terroir notes supported the red raspberry foundation. But....be careful; after hour 3, the limitations of the vintage began to catch up and began to settle into a one-dimensional, rust-based thing. Starting to get very thin on the palate, leading me to believe that this juice is definitely peaking and will have a very steep and swift decline. Drink now and don’t let the decanter rob you of its best.
