Monday, March 30, 2015 - Nez de cassis, légèrement épicé, relish. En bouche, plein de fruit confituré, tannins serrés, boisé fin, alcool pas trop présent. Très long en bouche. Non carafé pour suivre l'évolution du vin jusqu'au lendemain où il est encore aussi bon sinon meilleur. Un exemple que la Petite Syrah peut être magnifique lorsqu'entre bonnes mains.

9/23/2015 10:22:00 AM - Translation - Nose of cassis, slightly spicy, relish. On the palate, full of fruit jam, tannins tight, wooded end, not too much alcohol. Very long in the mouth. No carafe to follow the evolution of the wine overnight where it is still as good or better. An example that the Petite Syrah can be beautiful when put in good hands.
