Monday, November 5, 2012 - I was expecting this wine to be over the hill as per others tasting notes. Purchased this wine as a release wine and been sitting in my cellar since. I found the wine to be still full of life and quite pleasant to drink. Soft on the palate, smooth tannins and still quite alive with no signs of being over the hill what so ever. A classic Hietz.
